Thanks for the ('iso') link to creating an EaseUS bootup disk. It was so much clearer than the EaseUS procedure described to create it on my own (which resulted in a disk that did not work).
And thanks for replying to my followup questions; you provided the kind of support that will keep me coming back and recommending EaseUS to others.

"THE ONLY BACKUP SOFTWARE I FOUND THAT WORKS"
I am using the free version so no tech support but have not needed it. Easy to use and does auto backups of your choosing in nice user interface. Highly recommended.
